Step by Step Guide
- Log In to Your Account: Access Bulkly by logging in with your credentials.
- Dashboard Overview: Upon login, you’ll be greeted by the Dashboard. Here, you’ll find a summary of your social media performance, including recent posts and analytics highlights.
- Navigation Menu: The left-hand side menu is your gateway to all of Bulkly’s features. From here, you can access content creation tools, post library, calendar and scheduling options, categories, prompts, social accounts, and account settings.
- Creating Content: Click on “Create Content” to start creating new social media content.
- Posts Library: This is where you can view your posts, history of posts sent and RSS feeds for content
- Calendar: This is a complete calendar view of all of your scheduled times to send posts. From this view you can add additional times for content to be posted.
- Categories: The “Categories” page is where you define your different categories (or groups) for your content. You can create groups based on certain social media accounts, topics and more.
- Prompts: Accessing the “Prompts” page will allow you to define and edit custom prompts that can be applied to your social media updates.
- Social Accounts: This is where you can view your connected social media accounts, connect new ones, or delete accounts.
- Billing: View your current plan, upgrade or downgrade. You can also update your billing information as well as access invoices.
- Settings: Under “Settings,” you can manage your account details, update your password as well as change your Bulkly profile image.
