What is Crowdsourcing?

Crowdsourcing is the practice of studying shared content, conversations, posts, etc, in order to become inspired with fresh ideas and suggestions, and to gather unique, up-to-the-minute information that you can then utilize to create or expand on ideas of your own. One of the best examples of crowdsourcing is content that is user-generated and speaks to the specific subject matter you have in mind. Online polls are another example of using crowdsourcing in an interactive way.
