What is Impressions?

Impressions refer to how often your material is shown on a screen, regardless of whether it is clicked on. For example, a billboard may get the impression of around 3,000 people a day. The more impressions your ads show, the greater your potential reach will be. But impressions can be misleading and do not always accurately reflect how well your ad performs since they are often based on click-through rates only.
